Joe is one of those players that never gives up and will always give 100% He will put his head and foot in weather he his going to get hurt or not!He will head any ball from any height or power,some people think he is just mad but i think he just won't show any fear.He has the knack off not getting injured i cant remember a game he has missed through injuryin the last 3 years, last years most improved player and still inproveing. he has been with the team since the age of 7.
